Booking and Confirmation

You should recieve email notification from booking system your booking has been received.

Tourist are encouraged to create an account with us by using this link

Having an account with us will help the tourist to edit or modify the tour detail. 

The tourist has two options to change the pickup point.

  1. Access to your account and edit the pickup address
  2. By Email, Whatapps or SMS.

  1. We accept Pay Pal for deposit, cash for the remaining balance.
  2. Pay cash on tour day.
If you need to cancel your booking

Cancellation and Refund

  1. All cancellations must notify 12 hours before the pickup time. For example, your pickup time at 0730am on Tuesday, we must receive your refund request not later by 19.30 Monday. The deposit of payment will refund as soon as possible. Mode of communication Email, Whatapps or SMS to +60112330896.
  2. No refund for the following condition.
    • No show on tour day
    • Not able to complete the tour
    • Unused Service
    • Late for pickup or spending too long in one place, causing we missed other’s activity.
